Age and lawful participation

The site is intended for guests aged 18 and over. The minimum age for travel and gambling may be higher depending on law, route and vessel. Identification is required. Anyone legally prohibited from gambling may not participate.

Prices and booking

Published starting prices are in EUR per adult guest and include taxes and port charges. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking. Price, cabin, itinerary, cancellation conditions and inclusions become binding only in the final offer accepted by the guest and confirmed in writing.

Availability and changes

Cabins and activities remain subject to availability. Weather, safety, port authorities, navigation or operational needs may change ports, times, routes and onboard programming. Material booking changes and applicable options will be communicated under the final booking terms.

Casino access

The casino may close in port or territorial waters and its schedule can change. Games and table limits vary. Access depends on identification, age, conduct, applicable law and vessel rules. Gambling stakes are separate unless expressly listed.

Conduct aboard

Guests must follow safety directions, port rules and casino etiquette. Staff may refuse alcohol service, gaming access or participation when safety, intoxication, disruption or responsible gambling concerns arise.

Cancellation

Cancellation and change charges are disclosed with the final offer and depend on timing, fare and supplier commitments. Guests should review them before acceptance.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law and confirmed booking terms, liability may be limited for events outside reasonable control and for indirect losses not reasonably foreseeable.
