Responsible gambling policy
The limit is part of the plan.
Gambling should remain entertainment, never income, recovery or relief from financial pressure.
Before entering the casino
- Set a financial limit you can comfortably lose and a firm time limit.
- Never borrow money to gamble and never chase losses.
- Avoid gambling when stressed, upset, tired or intoxicated.
- Plan regular breaks and keep other cruise activities in your evening.
Age and eligibility
Only adult guests meeting the minimum age required by applicable law, route and vessel rules may take part. Identification is required. People prohibited from gambling by law may not enter or participate.
Help aboard
Ask casino staff to clarify limits, arrange a break or record a self-exclusion request. Staff may refuse or suspend casino access under safety and responsible gambling rules. A self-exclusion request may apply for the remaining voyage or another stated period, subject to the policy confirmed onboard.
Independent support
Appropriate independent services depend on the guest’s location and the operator’s legal jurisdiction. Local verified support contacts must be added after the operator’s jurisdiction is determined. Guests can ask casino staff for the currently approved local resources.
Operating conditions
The casino can close in port or territorial waters and its schedule may change. Access, games and table limits are always subject to vessel operations and applicable law.
This policy should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before commercial launch, with regard to the operator’s jurisdiction, maritime law and rules governing gambling activities.
